Meet the Owners

RYT Care is owned and operated by the mother-daughter team of Roxanne Melsheimer and Yvette Graham.

 Roxanne and Yvette, Together, have combined their extensive experience in healthcare, passion for caring for others and love for family to create a homecare agency that puts clients and their families first. They believe people should not just get any care but they deserve the right care and so RYT Care Homecare was created.

Roxanne Melsheimer

Roxanne has been a nurse for over 30 years. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s in nursing. She has worked in hospitals, hospice care facilities, and community resource agencies but found her passion in providing home care services. Over the years she has held multiple positions from a care manager to the VP of operations for various home care agencies in various states. When Roxanne is not providing care for others she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and reading.

Yvette Graham

Yvette has found her passion in serving others, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has served this population for the past 10 years. She has been a Direct Support Professional for well-known agencies within NJ. In 2016 she found another way to support individuals with ID/DD and she found All-Together Support Coordination LLC. When Yvette is not providing care for others she enjoys volunteering at her children’s extracurricular activities, baking, and decorating.
